Welcome to the first official month of Mei Fitness in Southport!
Group Fitness Classes,
Be sure to join a fitness class with your instructor Kirsti Reed. Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings for the month of April. Once May hits, we will be adding in even more classes and times, such as morning, evening and some Saturday morning classes so be ready and on the lookout!

Guts and Butts:
Join in on this extreme, yet fun class that focuses on your abs and glutes to have you feeling ready to bring on the summer months.

Boot Camp:
Participate in this intense class that will have your whole body moving and active throughout the course of the hour. We will work on all major muscle groups as well as the little ones that most often get left out!

Lower Body:
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to shape your hips, glutes, and thighs in this exhilarating class that will have your legs burning for more!

Stretch it Out:
Stretching should be an important part of every day. Join in on our stretching class to help relieve any sore muscles and learn ways to stretch on your own to help improve your flexibility.

Schedule for April:
Monday 5:30-6:20pm: Guts and Butts
Monday 6:30-7:20pm: Boot Camp
Wednesday 5:30-6:20pm: Lower Body
Wednesday 6:30-7:20pm: Stretch it Out

Meet Your Instructor Kirsti Reed
About me: I am in my last semester of undergrad at the University of Indianapolis where I will graduate with my bachelors of Science in Exercise Science the first of May. I am a long jumper on the Track and Field team at UIndy as well. This fall I will be continuing my education at UIndy in the Masters of Public Health Program. This coming June I will be marrying my high school sweetheart of 6 years. Aside from track and school, I enjoy baking cookies and cupcakes, spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors. Feel free to ask more questions about me by joining my group fitness classes.
