In life, in training, in all the choices we make day in day out.
Just like with reps and sets, if you are really working those last few are hard to get in but if you push through over and over you’ll begin to see change and growth.
We all know it doesn’t happen with one set or in one week, it takes several reps and sets week after week.
So often we work hard for a month or two with training and our diet and it feels like we aren’t getting very far.
Take a breath, regroup, reset and refocus then get back to putting in the reps.
Hard work pays off. Stick to the plan, trust the process and you will see results. Just make sure you enjoy the process! Make it something you like and will be able to keep coming back to whether it’s training or meals. Find what works for you.
