How do you do it all?
You workout, eat healthy, you’re a mom building your own business plus life and everything else…I don’t know how you do it.

I hear that a lot. But the truth is, I don’t do it all. I can’t. So I have to choose and prioritize.
.
It’s been difficult to say ‘no’ to some things as a recovering people pleaser 🙂 but I’ve learned that there is freedom in setting priorities and goals.
.
This is one of the busiest times of my life. I’m feeling it. I know that if I don’t take the time I need for myself I’ll end up in burn out mode and that’s just not good for anybody around me.
.
So this is how I do what is important to me:
1) Make a list based off level of priorities and follow it throughout the week
2) I multitask when I can yet try to do my best at being present where I am
3) Maintain my lifestyle habits of eating and training by planning the time to fit it in
4) Stay grateful. It always brings me back when I feel overwhelmed.
.
The chaos that it can be while fitting in a quick workout at home can also equal lots of laughs, (with a bit of arguing sprinkled in 😉 bc siblings) and some quality time with my little favorites.
.
It all depends on how you see it.
.
Saying ‘yes’ to what is top priority for YOU will get you where you want to be.
.
Saying ‘no’ to even the small things that can wait will keep you moving in the right direction.
.
So what’s top priority? It can’t be everything. We must choose. What do you choose to make a priority this week?
