    Are you tired of your everyday cardio routine at the gym, are you looking for a change of pace. If you’re looking for an upbeat, challenging and energetic atmosphere; Spin class is just what you’ve been looking for.

    Do you like loud music? Do you like High endurance workouts? How about burning 500-750 calories in 45 minutes? If you answered yes to all of the above, come check out the Spin class we offer here at Mei Fitness. While spinning may intimidate almost everyone who thinks about it at first; once you get the hang of it, it will become your newest obsession.  Don’t stress, you’re not expected to know everything right away; your instructor will show you the ropes. Please don’t get discouraged if you can’t keep up the first time you Spin, it’s all about building your endurance!  Typically individuals with no cardio base or no riding experience will master all Spin moves and build their cardio base within 4 weeks of attending 3 classes per week. Spin incorporates the benefits of running with the added bonus of strength training with zero impact on your joints. Classes are an hour long and are designed to maximize calories burned.
